A lean reduced fat ground mince, this is the product to use for hearty chillis, Mediterranean tangy tomato sauces or country style shepherd's pies. Add just a touch of oil and you will find it easy to brown in a non stick pan.
Top tip: mix grated carrot or courgette directly into the mince to add texture and create even healthier dishes.
